Partnership Requirements & Needs List
For Individuals or Organizations Seeking Partnership with Footprint Foundation — Honduras Campus Initiative
This framework exists to protect the integrity of the campus, honor the community we serve, and ensure that every partnership adds real, lasting value to the children and families involved.
Partnership is not symbolic. It is intentional, earned, and aligned.
-
All prospective partners must submit a written overview addressing:
Why you want to be involved
What you believe you will contribute
Your philosophy on community service, youth development, and education
How your values align with Motiv8 IMUA, Footprint Foundation, and the Honduras Campus Initiative
Why this matters:
This ensures motivations are genuine, aligned, and rooted in service—not personal gain. -
The campus foundation is already established and funded. Future partners are required to contribute financially based on their desired level of involvement.
Partners must outline:
Upfront financial contribution
Annual financial commitment
Areas of intended support, such as:
Classroom materials
Teacher salaries
Meal programs
Sports development (basketball, track, etc.)
Community events or retreats
How financial support aligns with their proposed role
Important:
This is not a free “international” label. Involvement must be earned through commitment and contribution. -
Partners must clearly define what they intend to provide to the children and community, including:
Specific programs they wish to lead or support
Workshops, sports camps, mentorship, education, or wellness initiatives
Intended impact and outcomes
Frequency of campus presence or travel to Honduras
Any curriculum, resources, or equipment they would bring
Why this matters:
We protect the children and community by ensuring involvement is meaningful—not performative. -
Partners must outline relevant background, including:
Experience working with youth
Experience in underserved or international communities
Track record of delivering programs or initiatives
Relevant certifications or credentials
Why this matters:
We prioritize real capability over optics. -
Partners must clearly state:
Realistic time commitment
Ability to travel internationally
Staff or volunteers involved
Existing systems or infrastructure supporting their involvement
Why this matters:
Sustainable partnerships require more than good intentions. -
Each partner must provide:
Proposed start date
Monthly or quarterly activity outline
Short-term goals (first 6 months)
Long-term goals (1–3 years)
Expected growth of involvement
Why this matters:
We value strategic, long-term thinking over casual participation. -
Partners must openly disclose what they hope to gain:
Professional positioning
Brand exposure
Community engagement
Personal mission fulfillment
International program involvement
Why this matters:
Transparency eliminates misalignment and hidden agendas. -
All partners must agree to:
Never claim ownership or international involvement outside approved partnerships
Follow all branding and representation guidelines
Avoid using the campus for personal branding without approval
Respect local leadership, culture, and community structure
Why this matters:
This protects the children, the community, and the mission. -
A full partnership proposal must be submitted, including:
Vision for involvement
Financial contribution plan
Program outline
Timeline and milestones
Resources required
Expected outcomes
Impact evaluation approach
Desired participation in retreats, community events, or campus initiatives
Why this matters:
This gives the Board everything needed to determine fit, role, and contribution level. -
Once submitted, the Board will:
Review the full proposal
Assign an involvement tier (Tier 1–4)
Determine required financial contribution
Approve, request revisions, or decline the partnership
Our priority:
Maintaining integrity, accountability, and long-term impact.
